Please queue outside the building, in the swimming queue, at your allotted time. During this session you are able to come at any time within the session. A member of staff will come out and check you in at the start time or you can check in at the pool reception after the start time. Please be mindful that customers on our caravan site may still be asleep and that sound carries from the queuing area and car parks.
The session will finish at 8.55am and all need to be out of the facility by 9.00am. You will not be able to remain in the facility after the session ends so if you want to get changed or use the toilet/shower facilities available please leave enough time to do this before the session ends.
Please follow the instructions of our staff and any additional signage throughout your visit. Changing facilities, showers and toilets are available on poolside, indoor changing rooms or we have a disabled changing room internally. Please note our indoor changing room will close at 8.30am on this session so please take your belongings onto the pool side.
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-tranferable. Every person wanting to enter the facility needs to have a ticket-there is no discount available for spectators.

PLEASE NOTE: Please follow directional signs for queueing upon arrival at the facility. Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are available on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally.
You must have completely left the facility by the end of the session to allow us chance to clean before the next session.
Tickets booked are final and can’t be refunded or transferred. So please make sure that everything is correct before booking. Every person entering the facility must be booked for.

Circuit Training is an effective workout for challenging the whole body.
Ideal for all ages and abilities. Its a great way to gently tone the body and burn the calories
Adaptions can be made to the class, please meet at the swimming pool reception area.

Functional strength involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life, through movements that improve our strength, balance and flexibility. This is important as we start to get older, so that we can maintain our independence and health in later years. Its never too early to start!

Legs, glutes & abs is an effective workout targeting those troublesome areas.
Its a great way to gently tone the body and burn the calories, whilst improving your fitness levels.
Adaptions can be made to suit all participants
