Exercise to music with our qualified instructor. Group size is limited so please book to avoid dissapointment. Session is 45 minutes long but the class will finish 5 minutes before the end to allow everyone to clear the facility by the session end time. All participants are kindly asked to come in swim wear and where possible not use the toilet or changing facilities throughout there visit. Participants will need to queue outside the pool building along the fence keeping 2 meters at all times. Please do not come if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19. All participants should keep 2 meters distance between themselves and other participants or staff.
Please queue outside the building, along the fence to the left of reception, at your allotted time.
Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are availble on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally. Can we politely ask that should anyone require the disabled facilities they let us know in advance so that we can carry out a clean before your arrival.
This session is 1 hour 45 minutes. The pool is cleared 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow people chance to leave the facility. Everyone must be out of the whole facilitiy by the end of the session, which allows us time to clean the facilities before the next session. All swimmers are reminded to keep 2 meters away from other swimmers or staff.
Any children must be supervised under the ratios in our safe swim policy.
Power walking is a great way to get fit and socialise with like minded people. Power walking has been shown to lower your risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers. It's a great way to improve your heart and joint health, and boost your mental well-being.
Each session will be a mixture of tempo and interval walking. Resistant bands will also be used to improve strength along with gentle stretching.
These sessions are suitable for all abilities.
Please remember to come ready to train, with a full water bottle and where possible not needing to use our facilities.
Please queue up to the left of reception along the fence. A member of staff will check you in to the session.
You are required to keep the social distance set by the government at all times within the facility.
You wont be allowed in before the start of the session and must have left the facility at the end of the session. The session is 45 minutes long and the instructor will finish roughly 5 minutes before the end. If you require longer to leave the facilities then this please allow yourself the time you need so the facilities are empty for cleaning.
