Swim sessions 2025.

Session 1 - 11.15pm -2.00pm

Session 2 - 2.30pm - 5.15pm

Session 3 - 5.30pm - 7.30pm

When arriving at Jubilee Park please follow the signs for advanced ticket queue. Advanced tickets will be checked and allowed through before those without advanced tickets. Please have a copy of the confirmation email on your phone or a printout to hand.

We would like to ask that you are as respectful of others as possible. If you would like a quieter session please come when the weather is not as good.

This session will have a lane in for anyone wishing to swim lengths.

The sessions will finish at 2.30pm or 5.15pm  Mon-Sat depending on which session you have booked. You must have left the facility completely 5 minutes after this time. Should you require longer to leave the facility then you must finish your session in a suitable time to have left by 2.35pm or 5.20pm.

Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non tranferable. Every person wanting to enter the facility needs to have a ticket-there is no discount available for spectators.

Visitors aged under 11 years old fall under our Safe Swim Policy which can be found here. Please check this carefully as we dont want to have dissapointed customers not able to swim should they not be on the correct ratios

Should you require longer to leave the facility then you must finish your session in a suitable time to have left by 12.50pm or 3.50pm/6.00pm

Please queue outside the building, in the swimming queue, at your allotted time. During this session you are able to come at any time within the session. A member of staff will come out and check you in at the start time or you can check in at the pool reception after the start time. Please be mindful that customers on our caravan site may still be asleep and that sound carries from the queuing area and car parks.

The sessions will finish at 7.30am or 8.45am and all need to be out of the facility by 8.45am. You will not be able to remain in the facility after the session ends so if you want to get changed or use the toilet/shower facilities available please leave enough time to do this before the session ends.

 Please follow the instructions of our staff and any additional signage throughout your visit. Changing facilities, showers and toilets are available on poolside, indoor changing rooms or we have a disabled changing room internally. Please note our indoor changing room will close at 8.45am on these session so please take your belongings onto the pool side.

You will have 1 hour. The session will finish at 7.30am or 8.45am depending on the session which you have booked and all need to be out of the facility by 7.30am or 8.45am.. You will not be able to remain in the facility after the session end so if you want to get changed or use the toilet/shower facilities available please leave enough time to do this before the session end.

 Please follow the instructions of our staff and any additional signage throughout your visit.Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are availble on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally. Can we politely ask that should anyone require the disabled facilities they let us know in advance so that we can carry out a clean before your arrival..

PLEASE NOTE: Please follow directional signs for queueing upon arrival at the facility. Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are available on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally.

You must have completely left the facility by the end of the session to allow us chance to clean before the next session.

Tickets booked are final and can’t be refunded or transferred. So please make sure that everything is correct before booking. Every person entering the facility must be booked for.
