PLEASE NOTE: Please follow directional signs for queueing upon arrival at the facility. Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are available on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally.

You must have completely left the facility by the end of the session to allow us time to clean before the next session.

Tickets booked are final and can’t be refunded or transferred. So please make sure that everything is correct before booking. Every person entering the facility must be booked for.
