A 45 minute workout guaranteed to get your heart rate up and work all the major muscle groups!  All done alongside an upbeat soundtrack that will give you that extra push through the intervals

Legs, glutes & abs is an effective workout targeting those troublesome areas.


Its a great way to gently tone the body and burn the calories, whilst improving your fitness levels.

Rock Solid Core  & Upper Body

Join Lou for a Challenging Class that targets the Abs, Obliques and Lower back, whilst also strengthening the Shoulders, Chest and Arms. This class will include floor work include weights. Some Upper Body and Core strength is recommended though adaptations can be made.
