Please queue outside the building, along the fence to the left of reception, at your allotted time. Please remember that we have guests staying on our caravan site and we would politely remind you to keep noise to a minimum early in the morning.

Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are availble on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally. Can we politely ask that should anyone require the disabled facilities they let us know in advance so that we can carry out a clean before your arrival.

The pool is cleared 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow people chance to leave the facility. Everyone must be out of the whole facilitiy by the end of the session, which allows us time to clean the facilities before the next session. All swimmers are reminded to keep 2 meters away from other swimmers or staff.

Please queue outside the building, in the swimming queue, at your allotted time. During this session you are able to come at any time within the session. A member of staff will come out and check you in at the start time or you can check in at the pool reception after the start time. Please be mindful that customers on our caravan site may still be asleep and that sound carries from the queuing area and car parks.


The session will finish at 8.55am and all need to be out of the facility by 9.00am. You will not be able to remain in the facility after the session end so if you want to get changed or use the toilet/shower facilities available please leave enough time to do this before the session ends.


 Please follow the instructions of our staff and any additional signage throughout your visit.Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are availble on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally. Please note our internal changing room will not be open during this session.


Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-tranferable. Every person wanting to enter the facility needs to have a ticket-there is no discount available for spectators.

PLEASE NOTE: Please follow directional signs for queueing upon arrival at the facility. Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are available on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally.


You must have completely left the facility by the end of the session to allow us chance to clean before the next session.


Tickets booked are final and can’t be refunded or transferred. So please make sure that everything is correct before booking. Every person entering the facility must be booked for.

Aquacise 2024

Aquacise 2024

Exercise to music with our qualified instructor. Booking is essential. Session is 45 minutes long. All participants are kindly asked to come in swim wear and where possible not use the toilet or changing facilities throughout there visit. Participants will need to queue outside the pool building along the fence.


For morning sessions the indoor facilities will not be open at the start of the session but will be open when the session is finishing.


For the evening sessions the indoor facilities will not be open at all. The facilities on poolside will still be available. Please be mindful that the staff will be on a tight schedule to get the facility cleaned and closed in the evenings.

CORE & Spinal strength - A low impact strength workout working on the CORE and supporting muscles to help prevent back pain. This class is suitable for all those that are impacted by back pain from time to time. Please do not attend if you are currently experiencing acute back pain.

Advance bookings for our General Swim Day 2024 are advised that they must arrive at the pool within the first hour of the session to guarantee queue jump entry. Anybody with an advance ticket purchased here arriving after the first hour of the session may be asked to queue due to safe capacity constraints and the ticket will not qualify for queue jump so you will need to wait in the queue.

When arriving at Jubilee Park please follow the signs for advanced ticket queue. Advanced tickets will be checked and allowed through before those without advanced tickets. Please have a copy of the confirmation email on your phone or a printout to hand.

Please note that this session will run largely as our sessions ran pre covid 19. We will run at our pre pandemic capacity and without social distancing restrictions. We would like to ask that you are as respectful of others as possible. If you would like a quieter session please consider an adult only session or one of our shorter general swim sessions, which we limit the numbers in. We have changing cubicles, showers and toilets on poolside but would continue to advise you to arrive swim ready and where possible not need to use the facilities.

This session will have a lane in for anyone wishing to swim lengths.

The session will finish at 17.15 Mon-Sat. You Must have left the facility completly by this time. Should you require longer to leave the facility then you must finish your session in a suitable time to have left by 17.15. We will typically clear the pool at 17.10pm but reserve the right to clear the pool earlier on busy days.

Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non tranferable. Every person wanting to enter the facility needs to have a ticket-there is no discount available for spectators.



Visitors aged under 11 years old fall under our Safe Swim Policy which can be found here. Please check this carefully as we dont want to have dissapointed customers not able to swim should they not be on the correct ratios.

We may be operating with part of the pool cordened off for swimming lessons/pool hire and a lane in for anyone wishing to swim lengths. We would like to ask that you are as respectful of others as possible. We have changing cubicles, showers and toilets on poolside but would continue to advise you to arrive swim ready and where possible not need to use the facilities.


This session runs from 5.30pm until 7.25pm Mon to Fri and Sunday 4.00pm until 6.00pm.

Power Walking

Power Walking

Power walking is a great way to get fit and socialise with like minded people. Power walking has been shown to lower your risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers. It's a great way to improve your heart and joint health, and boost your mental well-being.


Each session will be a mixture of tempo and interval walking. Resistant bands will also be used to improve strength along with gentle stretching.


These sessions are suitable for all abilities.


Please remember to come ready to train, with a full water bottle and meet at the swimming pool reception area.
